Resources to Make Your Stay Comfortable
For our current residents we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Log into your TENANT PORTAL to submit maintenance requests and pay your rent conveniently online.

Qualification Guidelines for Tenants Applying for Rent from Us:
- All adult occupants must be at least 18 years of age (we do not accept co-signers)
- Tenants must have a verifiable gross monthly income of 3 times the amount of the monthly rent.
- Must have good landlord references.
- We verify your credit history, we do not base our decision on credit alone.
- We complete a background and criminal check.
- There is an application fee of $30 charged per adult.
Lease Requirements:
All leases must be 6 or 9 months unless specified otherwise.
Pet Deposit:
All pet friendly properties require a minimum of $300 deposit per pet. Dog owners are also required to carry renter's insurance.
Property showings are by appointment only, Monday - Friday 9:00 - 4:30.
PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO VIEW PROPERTIES WITHOUT SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT. SOME OF THE PROPERTIES ARE OCCUPIED. DO NOT DISTURB OUR TENANTS.
